The property is clean and well equipped, appliances are funtioning well. Easy parking , close to the airport. I booked again after staying in a different hotel in Seoul. I will definitely come back when I a place to stay in Incheon.

I stayed at the most basic room, located in one of the tall apartment buildings in Songdo Moonlight Park. The room was what can be considered as a standard “officetel”. It has everything you need, including a basic kitchen, a washing machine, a refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave oven. There is even a small veranda area. Upon entering the unit, you will be pleased with the room set up and seeing how clean it is. However, upon closer inspection, you will notice small flaws around the unit. Bed is on the hard side, which was fine with me, but it may not be so good for those who prefer soft. Overall, great place to stay for its cost. Amazing value.

It is quite a new building so the rooms are modern and clean. It is close the subway station and it is in a quiet part of songdo. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby and also some bakeries and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk down to the main shopping area and central park or you can take the subway. My only complaint would be all the messing ING and information sent was in Korean language. Even when there was a message in English the links would direct you to a page with only Korean information. Given that this property operates non face to face check-in and check-out and has no desk on site it could make the process quite frustrating for non Korean speakers. Their app that they advise you to download also has no English.

Behind the toilet seat cover had a bunch of hair behind it. After not able to speak to someone for 2 hours we finally found someone to check us in a little early and we had to pay fee for a room that wasn’t clean. Also we couldn’t control the A.C it was so hot we had to open the window.

My stay was supposed to last about 2.5 weeks. This time I opted for a vacation apartment instead of a hotel. This decision was the right one. The building in which the Urbanstay apartments are located has 36 floors and consists of two wings. Other hotel providers also have apartments there. There are six elevators and three underground levels for parking. On the ground floor and first floor there are convenient shops and restaurants, etc. It's a busy place. The room was a standard room. It was small but comfortable. There's a washing machine and a kitchenette. The bathroom was of a good standard. Of course, there's also air conditioning. I needed the washing machine because my stay was longer. I didn't cook because I just wanted to eat outside.-) The apartment is modern and clean. There's plenty of space for clothes. The bed linens were clean and fresh. The towels didn't smell good. I ended up buying some towels, which wasn't expensive. The cleaning costs $25. I cleaned the room myself after getting a few things. A vacuum cleaner would have been nice. With the windows closed, it was quiet. I could barely hear the neighbors either. I've experienced other things like that from staying in hotels. It was a good location for me. The subway station is nearby. The bus terminal is not far away. Good connections to Incheon and Seoul. I love Korean cuisine, and there are many good restaurants nearby. If I fly to Korea again for longer than a week, I'll rent a vacation apartment
