HOTEL THE BOTANIK SEWOON MYEONGDONG

"Great location - close to Myeongdong. But immediate vicinity is by old hardware shops. You will need to walk 10 minutes either way to get anywhere. Room was a little small for a family of 4, but we made due. Housekeeping brought fresh towels everyday. E-mart on the reception level was very convenient."

"Overall, we were pleasantly surprised at the location of the hotel. There were plenty of shops and places to eat and a lot less crowded compared to Myeongdong. Only thing was dryer was broken for the majority of our 5 days stay so unable to use that amenity."

"The room is definitely much smaller than I expected. The shower was small and tight. But the stream was good. The bed was sloppy it sagged in the head area and in the middle. We had a hard time sleeping at night. The air conditioning worked great and was very cold even at 23 C at night. The furniture I wish could have been smaller so we could move our luggage’s around. However we made it work and it was decent. The location is where it shines, it’s literally in the heart of insadong and priced competitively. The first floor had a CU attached to the building and that was very convenient,"

"This was my second time staying here. My biggest problem is that check-in isn’t until 6 which is ridiculous. But otherwise it is a lovely property."

"The hotel is ok because it was recently renovated. Room size is small. There is only 2 washers and dryers for guests to use. You need to pay for them. Bathroom has a smell from either fan or sewer. The hotel’s location is good and it is close to line 3 subway."
