"Everything else was very good. The only problem I had was with the king size bed. This bed had a big dip in the middle. Always before the bed has been so great. Only this time and it took a long while for the air conditioner to cool the room down. I want to say your staff is awesome. Hung has been there the last few time and he has made me feel like home. He has helped me above and beyond. Please make sure you keep him. He is a great asset to your company "

"The hotel is very well located if you plan to visit Ho Chi Min on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. The service is overall excellent. I will come back at my next visit."

"Staff were courteous and kind. Pool was cool and shaded on the afternoon which was nice in the heat. Property was quiet on the inside (traffic outside was busy). We would stay again. "

"I stayed in the executive suite. the room itself was very spacious and had great natural light. I especially enjoyed the huge bathtub. the booking included the free mini bar which includes 2 bottled waters, 2 beers and 2 peach waters. staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the whole stay. high tea was also included which had sparkling wine, tea and an assortment of hot savoury and sweets. the buffet breakfast had good variety and I liked that they also made the coffees and eggs to order. the pool area is nice but the traffic is noisy. when I went I march the spa offered half price off their services if you booked in the morning and I got a 2 hour package which was extremely great value. in comparison to the other spas I went to in vietnam, this one lacked a bit of tranquility, the extra little touches and the masseuse was a little rough. there are plenty of restaurants all around the hotel. a grab car to the airport took around 25 minutes on a saturday morning and cost me 110K dong."

"This is a busy tourist hotel and many large groups arrive and depart by the busload, so with two small elevators, you can wait a bit before being able to go down as people are checking out. The breakfast buffet is OK. The hotel is located by a side street down which are several very good restaurants and it's across the street from very popular and excellent coffee shops."
