Located in a stunning grand French-style building just off the main shopping avenue of Santa Fe in Recoleta, this charming apartment retains many original turn-of-the-century features whilst providing a modern and comfortable base for your stay in the city. Bright and spacious with over 100 sq. meters of floor space, this residence is stylishly decorated and combines a relaxed ambiance with a chic design and smart features.

With plenty of room for guests, the space is divided smoothly between living, dining and sleeping areas, and is fitted with top-quality furnishings and appliances. The substantial living room comes with plush sofas and a 32`plasma screen cable television complete with local and international channels. The two bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort, one with a king-size and the other with a queen-size bed, and both marbled bathrooms come with a shower and a bath. The whole apartment has recently been refurbished and the kitchen area is fresh and sleek with spacious countertops and modern equipment.

There is a comfortable and secluded office area with a large desk for those that need to catch up with their emails, and the whole residence is fitted with high-speed WiFi.
