"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are outstanding. Everything exceeded my expectations. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, and I can honestly say I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Martín, and Daniela. They were incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They were always available to help, answered all of my questions through WhatsApp, provided excellent recommendations, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I left. Their warmth and dedication made all the difference. It is rare to find a team that goes above and beyond with such sincerity. They made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Thank you for making my visit to Buenos Aires so memorable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."
