"Great location, very nice and clean rooms, staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was excellent: we had dinner two nights during our stay and the food and wine offered were first rate. The breakfast had a little bit of everything, all good. I would definitely stay again at the AQ Tailored Suites."

"Tuve una excelente estadía! Desde la llegada hasta la salida me sentí muy bien atendida. Llegué muy temprano y aunque no se podía hacer check in porque estaba lleno me ofrecieron un agradable espacio cerca del gimnasio para poder refrescarme. Pude dejar mi equipaje y empezar a explorar la ciudad. La habitación era espaciosa y moderna, la cama muy cómoda y un baño amplio. Tenían clase de yoga el miércoles y siempre atendieron mis solicitudes. Aunque no tuve tiempo de usar la piscina si subí a verla y me encantó el espacio. Está muy bien ubicado de muchos sitios de interés. Recomiendo mucho este hotel ♥️"

"All the staff are very attentive and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. You can request extra bottled water if you need it. We had an evening flight from BA, so after checking out the hotel stored our bags for the day, and allowed us to shower and change in the spa after a long day of sightseeing"

"We first got given a room where the bathroom door was tilted of the hinges and wouldn't even close. After asking reception to swap room the staff said there was no rooms left regardless of all the availability I could see online and that the maintenance man would come fix it tomorrow. The next day nothing happened so we complained again the this staff member was nice enough to let us switch room after I showed him all the availability i could see online. Super old however its every conveniently place and affordable. Photos do not match images so yeah book at your own discretion"

"It’s hard to imagine that there is a better place to stay in Buenos Aires. The Palace is a beautiful hotel with incredible service and attention to detail. The concierge staff helped take our trip to a higher level. The hotel is also in a high-end neighborhood and within walking distance of quite a few major sights. We highly recommend!"
