"We only stayed for 2 nights and the weather/our travel plans prevented us exploring the area but Stones throw was a perfect spot to relax in front of the fire with family listening to the storms and winds battering the coastline. It has certainly left us with an invitation to return to this beautiful area for more than a couple nights. The home was just that, homely and warm with all you needed for a comfortable stay. "The house was beautiful, great views. Only down side was it gets very hot on warm days with only a split system on the middle floor we had to buy a fan and its needs a big comfy lounge to lay back on with foot rests after long days out walking. Over all our stay was great and the kitchen had all we needed for 7 of us"

"The house was neat, quiet, tidy and clean. I did notice that the hot water did seem to be timed. Occasionally we had to wait for the hot water to heat up, if a few of us were having baths or showers. This was after one or two of us had used the shower or bath. We noticed that the property didn't have an ironing board. There was an iron though. Otherwise it was a great, quiet and comfortable place to stay."

"We returned for our second stay at this fantastic property. It is very much as advertised in the pictures and is a delightful and very comfortable place to escape to. Absolutely love waking up to the sounds of the ocean, and then walking along the beach into town. It is a lovely coastal walk, that makes you feel you have earned something delicious from the bakery in town. "We had a fabulous relaxing holiday break with our grandchildren. All the staff were friendly, helpful, informative and kind. The accommodation for two adults and 2 children was spacious with all the amenities we could need or want. The children loved the pool, tennis, games area and hobby farm.
