"The house was everything we needed! Enjoyed the space and all the amenities that came with! Its was very peaceful and quite area! The horses were always around and so cool to see! Only issue we had was the drive on the beach! There was a seal that came on to the beach for several days and was a little tricky to get around at times! But we really enjoyed our time!!!"

"The cabin is exactly as advertised and was perfect for our brief stay. The floors were swept but very dirty. Once we wiped that down all was well. The midges are obnoxious so we'll add bug spray to our list next year. A neighboring cabin brought a screen to put over their door and that was really smart. Fun atmosphere, quiet campground, beautiful location. Definitely a great place to stay. Next year we'll stay longer!"

"Beautiful views!! Beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We very much enjoyed our time here. Especially on the back deck! We did not use the hot tub or fire pit due to our schedule, but those are definitely things we typically would have enjoyed!"

"Property was easy to get into. Andrew is great to deal with. I forgot my last payment and he texted me to remind me and I was able to pay and not loose my reservation. On key thing, although the listing says 4x4 it was easy for us to overlook the fact that there was an unpaved road on the beach that was required to get to the home. Thank goodness we had 4x4. Couple other things, the rule book in the home mentioned outside access to water for rinsing sand from underneath vehicles, but the outside water wasn’t working. The internet connection mentioned in the book with password, wasn’t working. The network connection listed wasn’t available as listed in the book. Additionally it was mentioned to clean up dog poop or you’ll be charged. We cleaned up so much dog poop that was definitely not from our 17lb Boston terrier. I love this property but there should be more info in the listing. "

"Lovely place; comfortable for the three of us. The property had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The Mustangs did not disappoint; beautiful to see them in their natural habitat. Will definitely consider renting again if we return to the OBX area. "

"We had a great stay in this cottage. The cottage was small but still comfortable for my family of 5. It's efficiently designed. The campground is great for families with multiple fishing spots, firepits, a playground, and activities. The only downside we experienced was the HVAC unit in our cottage stopped working on our final morning. Overall I'd definitely recommend this location."
