"We were down for our son’s wedding, our son lives in Moyock. With a large number of guests in town for the wedding, we decided to rent our own spot, so we could be more comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t realize until night 2, that our bed, upstairs, was a sleep number, adjustable bed! I slept so good, the entire seven nights! Our host, Andrew was very helpful. The only thing I would suggest, would be a book for guests, to tell you helpful details about the cabin. WiFi details, instructions on how to use the televisions, lights, heat/AC and where to take the trash and where to leave linens when checking out, as well as stores and restaurants nearby would be helpful information to have. Overall, we had a great stay, and would stay again, of the opportunity arose! "

"House/property was everything we needed. Check in process was very easy, location was perfect. We saw the wild horses every day, which was fantastic! We had no issues, so did not need to contact the owner during our stay, but prior to the stay, owner was very responsive. "

"It was simply amazing. We were stuck on the porch once waiting to go to dinner, but who can complain when the back up is the main attraction. Woke up on our last day to have more behind the house. We saw horses everyday, and grab some nice walks on the beach as well as fun in the sun. "

"Home was in a great location with easy beach access and fantastic views. However, several issues included black mold on the mirrors in one bedroom, pool completely unfit for use, some bathrooms did not have any toilet paper at all, no bathrooms had any shampoo or hand soap (and this was not cautioned by the host), the couch showed visible stains (and it's on dark cloth), and the dishware was not clean. The host often took too long to respond (greater than 1-2 hours), so issues could not be resolved during our stay. As great as the location is, I would opt for alternate lodging options in the future."
