"The listing did not do this stay justice! I was hoping to get to see a horse…wow…we were practically part of the tour! We saw horses everyday from every window of the house. The house is spectacular! The views are so impressive…food nearby was so delicious! Walking in the beach in the mornings we found sand dollars and starfish and beautiful shells! The couches in the living room were so comfy they got at least one nap a day…"

"The 4x4 beaches location with the beautiful views and wild horses everywhere, where just amazing! My mother and wife were amazed that such a beautiful place was so open and accessible."

"Home was in a great location with easy beach access and fantastic views. However, several issues included black mold on the mirrors in one bedroom, pool completely unfit for use, some bathrooms did not have any toilet paper at all, no bathrooms had any shampoo or hand soap (and this was not cautioned by the host), the couch showed visible stains (and it's on dark cloth), and the dishware was not clean. The host often took too long to respond (greater than 1-2 hours), so issues could not be resolved during our stay. As great as the location is, I would opt for alternate lodging options in the future."

"The property was great. It was a bit more trouble to get there than we originally thought it would be, but the drive is beautiful along the beach. Just be sure you are prepared for beach driving for several miles. Beware that there are a TON of wild horse tours that go by this property daily. We counted 1 or more at least every 10-15 mins from 8-5 just about every day. It gets annoying. If you want to see the wild horses, they were at this property every day. Unfortunately, they prevented us from leaving and returning multiple times. My daughter and grandson were outside and one unexpectedly walked right up to them. We didn't know what to do because of the 50ft rule. Within 30 seconds, a tour came along and the guide was screaming, yelling and taking a video with threats to report them to the sheriff's department. My grandson is 5 years old! It was an awful experience that ruined our trip. Not Sun Realty's fault at all. My point is, we were not prepared for the negative aspects of the horse presence and definitely didn't appreciate the tours. "

"Overall this is only 3 stars for us. This property is managed by Brindley Beach Vacation. - good: the house is cute, fairly updated, fairly close to the beach -bad: the house comes with nothing, you get 1 kitchen towel, no hand towels, yes regular towels, maybe 2 trash bags, no soap, no detergent, no vacuum, nothing to clean .....we sent an email to the management company on the day of check in about few issues but never heard back. No warm hospitality here! The 2 smaller rooms did not get any cold air, very uncomfortable to sleep. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was private and a quick walk to the beach. We watched the wild horses from the house every day. The layout of the house worked well for all of us. We would stay here again. "
