"The host was very responsive and helped with information. The rental was clean, a little dated, but overall acceptable. There was so much room for people to spread out. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked wonderful. The lid was off when we arrived so we left it that way, not knowing if they had done that for a reason. "

"Well appointed if well-used house. Lots of room to spread out, and the elevator was a plus to accommodate an elderly family member. Fairly well-appointed kitchen with a very fast ice-maker comfortable beds, and multiple spaces for dining and games. We loved that a big table sat 12 of us for meals. Definitely requires 4-wheel drive, but the location is superb with beautiful views of the ocean and dunes. "

You arrive there after nice long drive on the beach and a little fun in the dunes in the Corolla 4x4 area with plenty of wild horses to see along the way. The house has everything you need from cooking utensils to beach toys. The pool area is wonderful and the kitchen in the main house is a dream. The top deck is also the perfect spot to have your morning coffee and watch the ocean. If you considering this property BOOK IT! You won't regret it. "

"Beautiful!!! Relaxing!!!!Me and my family loved this place.We saw wild horses about every day.The beach was just minutes away, easy for the kids to go to the beach. This house has plenty of room for a family, and they just loved the pool table.We relaxed in the spa and the kids swim in the pool.Laura, the property manager is absolutely wonderful.She is quick to respond and if something is wrong or breaks, she gets replacement or it gets fixed quick.It is recommended that you do have a four-wheel-drive. There is a reason for that..The 8 mile ride up the beach in the loose sand can be tricky without a four-wheel-drive.Only negative thing that I would say about getting to the property is in Duck,Check-in is usually on Saturday and there’s lots of properties so there’s lots of people trying to get to their condos and houses so just be prepared for that.But I would have to say this was our best family vacationWe loved Outer Banks.."
