"The place was filthy! We attempted to communicate and the host yelled at us argued we were wrong. Called Vrbo and they said the owner needed yo speak with us and come up with a resolution. After a whole hour an agent attempted to connect us with the owner who did not respond. The host “tammy” called me asking for pics…I sent all pics and she still argued. I was in the streets with my children. We couldn’t stay. I have all pics a video. It was scam and inconsideration. Property not as advertised....

"Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. "This property was an absolute dream. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of. The location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins and the horses came right up to the house on more than one occasion! Even the beach driving was a fun experience that I already miss. Will happily book at the Seashine in the years to come."

"We loved the house. It's an old property, but very comfortable. It was a lot of house for two people, but it was one of those things. Who did we want to spend a week with. Turned out to be no one. And that was just fine. I have been under a lot of stress since December and this was exactly what I needed. It take a bit to figure out the switches and thermostats, etc. But its just a cool comfortable house. I want to go back next year."

"I’ll start with the positives.. the house is very large and has plenty of room for everyone. It is well equipped and has everything you need. There are plenty of dishes, silverware and pot and pans. There are not a lot of glasses though. The views are amazing and the location is good. Now the negatives.., the elevator was not working during our stay. We were called and told about this prior to our stay and decided to still go. But because of the layout of the house an elevator is needed. Caring...

"My husband and I love this little condo complex, the location is great, pool is perfect and short walk to the beach. This unit wasn’t great. We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! Great stay, we would just try and avoid this unit for next time."
