"I booked a superior room for three nights, I got a nice room but it was an inner room with absolutely no view just other room windows about 2 metres away. Opening the curtains did nothing to let any light in. I ran out of shower gel on the second day which was not refilled. Nor was it refilled on the third day despite me leaving a large note in the shower asking for it to be refilled. The room was not cleaned after the second night despite being empty most of the day and me not hanging a do not disturb sign so I had to ask for it to be done so. They did clean it after I had asked but left no towels. I mentioned all these things to reception on my check out to which I was assured I would be contacted by hotel management, but I’ve heard nothing. I wouldn’t stay there again despite the excellent location."

"Staff were super helpful and friendly. General room amenities were as expected and everything was well stocked. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the decor and maintenance. The soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were not well mounted onto the wall and would fall off the wall if used with just one hand. The carpets look like something out of the 80s and the air conditioning really doesn't work. Not good on the hottest May day on record! However, for the price, it was a great location and the friendliness of the staff makes up for the lack of investment in the property."

"Not a bad room for the price, clean enough, just a few negative points- no tea/coffee in room which I was surprised about, the ensuit floor had puddles of water when using the shower. My main issue was waiting around for the lifts for 5+ minutes only for it to be full and can’t get in and then wait for it to go then press call button again and wait another couple of minutes to squeeze into the next one."

"I love the convenience of the location and its spot on the banks of the Thames. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The staff working at the various restaurants and bars were some of the nicest and most fun people I met! The only issue was the contactless check-in I tried through the guest portal. It didn't seem to work properly and I had to check-in at the front desk in the end which was inconvenient. The other issue was room service. While the service itself was great, I got overcharged by over £20 when I settled up at checkout, which I couldn't deal with as I had to rush out to catch a flight. So the start and end of my stay was disappointing but the stay itself was great."
