The total hotel is the most well designed and furnished I've visited. Beautiful colours and textures used inside common areas and the rooms. Oozing luxury and taste with unique ness. Could want for nothing more..during covid the staff adapted and our stay was exceptional. Would recommend for adult staycation..

Loved our one week stay! Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with water views. Spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect with kids, pool spa a big tick.
Only thing we didn’t love was the front desk receptionists. Rarely smiled and both ladies lacked warmth. Not what you would expect at front desk as you enter the building.

I recently rented two rooms at The Wave Resort a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment, which far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean and offered great views of the ocean. I found all amenities terrific with a adequate kitchen that was fully equiped with all the assessories that I would use at home, and a lovely, clean bathrooms that had a bath and a shower with great pressure (this is normally one of my pet hates to have to run around in the shower to get wet).

Convenient to shops and restaurants. Beach views are spectacular.
The only draw back for us was the bedrooms are not airconditioned- not a problem April-Sept but i imagine summer would be uncomfortable.
Maybe this is something that could be updated - have stayed in seceral 2 bed ocean and they all are the same - so a suggestion for body corp

We stayed 3 Jan for 5 nights checkin was very quick and a map for parking and instructions where the location of our room was excellent.
1 bedroom apartment , full kitchen, shower only
and balcony was quite spacious with a view of the ocean in the distance and street view from the 6th level was amazing.
Everything from restaurants,shops were a stone throw away awesome !!!
A variety of swimming pools kids & adults inside & outside as well as heated and a spa inside.

Friendly reception staff. We had huge 2 bed room apartment with 2 bath room and it was very nice view both ocean and the mountains.
Close to Oasis shopping centre and Jupiters casino.
My parents love to stay here again when they come back again.

The 3 buildings of the Bel Air Broadbeach surround the centrally located pool. We were in the north tower on the 10th floor which overlooked the pool and beach toward Burleigh Heads. With 2 adults and 2 kids we requested a 2 bedroom. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom and television. The central living room was excellent in size with a full kitchen. Flatscreen TV with foxtel and wifi available for extra cost (@ the time there was a special for wifi and movies for $7.50 per day). Good...

Modern apartment, great views and location, close but not too close to the action. You get the feeling that you actually live there and are not just visiting. Nice firm beds (i.e. no potholes and no soft mattresses lacking support). Great to have undercover parking on site too.
