The property was in very clean condition, and in a great location. The staff were always very helpful and respectful. The pool and bbq are clean and in good condition, right on the beach. The beach out the back of the property near the pool and bbq, is crystal clear and the sand clean. Great cooking utentsils and pots and crockery/ cutlery. It is very close to both Cavill Ave and Broadbeach. All in all a wonderful location and property. I will return.

The apartment was quite run down overall, but I would happily take a bit run down for the large space, fantastic view, location and pool. We had a blast and the pool was great for kids with three different depth areas. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Great holiday.

Modern apartment, great views and location, close but not too close to the action. You get the feeling that you actually live there and are not just visiting. Nice firm beds (i.e. no potholes and no soft mattresses lacking support). Great to have undercover parking on site too.

We stayed in cabana 1. It was run down and had many issues requiring maintenance to fix during our stay. Air condition was the big one not working for half our stay. Issues were still unresolved such as broken leg on couch and rear security door lock not working.
