"When I checked in the room was in an unacceptable and unsafe condition. It was very small, had a strong unpleasant smell of mould, was extremely dirty with hair and dust everywhere but most seriously there was extensive black mould throughout the bathroom, around the windows and inside the air-conditioning ..."

"Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. Not happy about the charges to park the car but it was an enjoyable stay and close to Woollangabba bus terminal."
