OSHAWA INN MOTEL

"We were very lucky to get the last room available. We had made reservations, but forgot to check in earlier in the day and arrived at the motel after 10pm. The manager was nice enough to save a room for us, even though there were other requests for a room. We were very grateful for his kindness! The room was quite small, but very neat and clean. The only issue was that the mattress was sinking in the middle, so we didn't have the most comfortable sleep. It would be a good idea to replace the mattress with a newer model. The location is very convenient for travellers, having the ramp to the 401 close by."

"Booked this motel twice now. Exceptionally clean room and property. The people who own and run the motel are very friendly and helpful. I like that you park your vehicle in front of your room and it’s very affordable to stay here. Very quiet as it’s just outside Port Hope, but all amenities are within a 5-10 minute drive."

"The building appears to be older but decently maintained. The room was good and there was lots of hot water, fast. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. At the rear of the building, the secondary access door did not lock causing us some concern over security. Otherwise, all was well and the staff were friendly and efficient."
