"Difficult to access , the car park is not obvious and is incredibly tight with a normal car to get to 6th floor . Hotel was fine , staff helpful but it’s a 30 min walk or 7 min drive to Brighton ."

"When checking in at the hotel I wa abruptly told that I cannot claim any loyalty points for the hotel stay because I booked through a 3rd party app. So what 3rd party? Airlines and other hotels don’t have issues like this. Ridiculous policy, when booking a hotel consideration of brand and loyalty definitely forms part of the decision. Then this and no point earned…"

"I really enjoyed this hotel and the bar area and the staff were excellent. No air con but fine for me. They gave me a room with a step shower but the bathroom had no grab handles so difficult for me. Silly because for very little money it could have been much better. Good breakfast and very good value for money . Room 133"
