Less busy than the other parks in Bright which we prefer. Had everything we needed :)

Staff were lovely. Cabins were clean. Unfortunately sound is an issue. You can hear everything from the neighboring cabins, including them speaking, moving chairs, closing doors etc.

Thank you for your feedback.We do have helpful and happy staff and we pride ourselves in the cleanliness of the cabins. Unfortunately in an accommodation park eliminating all exterior noise is near impossible but if you spoke to us at the time of your stay and we found your neighbours noise excessive we could have tried to reduce some of the noise.

Cabin was great and child friendly. Only issue was with pre-authorisation, aside from my experience, it takes some time after your stay (minimum 2 days) for the pre-authorisation to be released when other places release on the day you leave

We are glad you found the cabin suitable and comfortable for your needs. Cabins need to be inspected before the pre-authorisation can be released and this is not always possible on departure date.

Fell down veranda steps as it was hard to see where step finished. Needs a coloured strip on edge of top step. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.
