"This was the perfect little getaway to Brevard! My son goes to Brevard College and plays baseball and we were visiting for the weekend and to watch the games. This place was so cute and the location, while interesting, was awesomely convenient to everything we needed to do. The kitchen was well stocked and we did enjoy the grill to cook out steaks Friday night! We also got to hang out around the firepit Saturday which was tons of fun. The area for the dogs was awesome too! Great communication...

"The unit was very cute and I was pleasantly surprised it had an additional 1/2 bath off the living room. The kitchen could stand an upgrade in cookware and utensils. I would not have been able to actually cook a meal. Minimally, I would suggest an electric kettle, a toaster, and a microwavable measuring cup. "I stayed at Jan's house since it was walkable to downtown Brevard. That was important to me as I was a vendor at the White Squirrel Festival. The house was also across from a wooded area where I spotted my first and only white squirrel! The house is very spacious which we enjoyed. No problems with anything at all. "This property was EXACTLY what we needed for our gathering of lifelong college friends! It was convenient for walking to lots of locations, was beautiful and comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and exactly as described.
