"A very relaxing stay with a big beautiful (fenced) back yard for our dogs. We enjoyed exploring the area including Pambula and their stunning off leash dog friendly beach. We had sunny days out and afternoons in with drinks and bbq on the verandah with a view. The comfy couches and massive tellie were a hit. We'd love to come back to beautiful Merimbula."

"This is a magnificent home on the beach at Merimbula. Very large and modern. Superbly furnished with every possible convenience. A large outdoor deck, bbq, and heated pool are the hub of activity. Walk down to the beach or up to the cafes and close to everything in the region. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend it fully."

"Easy to find with excellent method to get key. Large car park (we have a large car with 4 adults travelling) and excellent washing machine plus dryer. Upstairs had a wonderful set up and allowed us to have the space for both couples to have privacy. Equipment in kitchen was great and we were all very pleased."

"Great new build, contemporary layout w high ceilings and polished concrete floors and a quirky roof top lookout and rather lovely spa pool. It can accommodate up to three couples and two kids. Kitchen had perfectly adequate cooking tools, very nice crockery, glassware and a Nespresso coffee machine (you just need to bring your own pods). Lots of towels and good linen. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, Dolphin Cove lookout, and the wharf to wharf coastal walk. The place has had a few...

"Excellent location and great outlook from many rooms. The two queen bed rooms were great. The bunk room smelt very musty/dusty and there were no screens so windows could not be opened. The wooden sliding door to the bunk bed room did not slide easily. The single beds bed room was rather musty/dusty and there were small crawling insects that kept being found on the bed that was situated under the window. The sheets and towels overall were very clean however the doona covers, doonas and spare...

"We spent 4 days in Pambula Beach at this property. The location is on the cliff so views are great. But this house is so dirty and uncared for that it cast a shadow over our stay, knowing that after enjoying the beautiful outdoor we had to return to it. It is dog friendly which probably accounts for the piles of blond hair under the furniture. The kitchen is not fully equipped; there is no dishwasher which I don't mind but it means that your dishes are only as clean as the last visitors left...
