"The attached restaurant Moxies was dreadful. It had a very unpleasant smell of gas so I chose to eat outside. I was told the carpark vents to the foyer/restaurant. Food was very ordinary."

"The hotel is under massive construction and barely functional. The elevators were pretty scary- everyone seemed to think they were in the verge of breaking down. We tripped over housekeeping staff a lot 5pm. I get that hotels renovate and it sometimes causes a huge mess while continuing to operate, but had I known how intrusive and disruptive it was I absolutely would have stayed elsewhere. Even the restaurant located immediately next door was pretty bad. The one positive thing was the shuttle driver to the airport. He managed to make me smile at 4am."

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Minor inconveniences in the room. One bedside lamp was plugged into an extension cord under the bed that was not tucked away and difficult to access so we could turn it on. Due to weather/heat, portable ac unit took up much of the floor space. No Kleenex in the room. A previous guests soap was still in the shower. One of the main reasons we chose to stay here was that breakfast was advertised as included. It was not included. We were told to go to Tim Horton’s. We didn’t have enough time on the property to check out the pool or hot tub. So, I can’t speak of that. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming."

"The room is smelly upon entering. The bed linens probably had not been replaced because of some items left on the bed like used prepaid card. The sofa was smelly at quite dirty. The tissue rolls were not replaced with new ones (left over)."
