"Our room was very dirty. No towels. Hair in shower upon arrival. Pool was dirty. Stains on bedding. Portable air conditioning don’t work great."

"We had to book this hotel last-minute due to an emergency issue with our original accommodation, and it was a terrible mistake. The entire property is incredibly dirty, completely outdated, and desperately needs a full renovation. Our first room smelled heavily of dirty feet, masked by some cheap chemical spray. It was so disgusting that early the next morning, we requested to be relocated. The second room was no better—the bathroom had visible mold and a cracked sink. On top of that, breakfast is not included, and when we simply asked for some hot water, the front desk told us we had to go tip the restaurant staff just to get it! Ridiculous service and disgusting conditions. Save your money and stay far away."

"The room was big (sitting area, and bedroom), and was clean. However, it was stuffy and had a faint smell of smoke (I'm assuming from before it became a smoke-free hotel?). I opened up the windows and turned up the fan to air out the room to air it out, which helped somewhat. I never did sit in the front room because of the stuffiness, so it was kind of a waste of space. I was told ice was on the first floor, so I had to go down three flights. If the room had been closer to $200, I would have rated it 4 stars, but for $280 (tx incl), I give it 3 stars."
