"It is a lovely property with an excellent location. The pool was perfect for cooling down and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking in last minute on a public holiday made the check-in a little fraught, but it all worked out. The unit itself was nice, but the kitchen is very sparsely equipped and a lot of the kitchen utensils were put away dirty, which was unfortunate. We couldn’t get Wifi during our entire stay, so have a good data package. "

"Nice property but AC needs maintenance. The AC in our suite dripped and was causing water damage to the wall. Pool is nice."

" The resort was huge, staff was nice, breakfast was delicious and too many options to choose from buffet, there were many activities going on every day to keep you engaged and the pool was the biggest highlight of the property. Now the dislikes about the property were cleanliness and the room service! The room was not that clean and the floor had so much of dust that we had to wipe our kids feet every now and then before they go to bed and same with us, so when you say 5 star property then it should have their own standards of cleanliness and the room service could have been better as we had to call again and again for few things in the room!"

"Resort very tired"

"The staff were generally cheerful, helpful, and responsive. We had problems with our TV and they managed to replace it with a smart TV the next day. Some annoyances: The advertised “Garden View” was dirt, tree roots, sparse grass and the guest services building. We asked for additional coffee pods but were told we would have to pay an additional &1.00 per pod. The toilet seat would not stay up (only a male problem). "
