Normal stay for one night
It was a fine stay in the heart of the Bologna Old City. Facility was good, room was ok. Not a comfy bed but room looked good. Room was huge. Cleaning could have been better. I saw some dirt in the bathtub and bathroom radiator was full of dirt.(you could see when you touch with your finger) there was a left shampoo on the bathroom, so it made me think of if it was not cleaned? In hotels you don't leave leftover shampoo or something when you clean around, right? Also all the bathroom faucets were rusty. May be it was because of the water but I have a hard water problem in my own house but always keep them shiny with the right cleaning material. Hosts were welcoming, they had good intentions. But this facility still needs improvments.

It’s family owned, very quaint and cozy. They’re super super sweet people and informative also. I would like to make a few kind suggestions: Breakfast - please get REAL orange juice Bed - perhaps a memory foam on the beds would make it a little more soft. Room - A mirror in the room for women to do their hair in the morning. The mirror in the bathroom doesn’t work because the toilet is in front. So no room to stand and style hair.

Excellent location, large room, very clean, lovely friendly staff, and excellent continental breakfast. Unfortunately its a bit tired, particularly the bathroom. The shower in particular needs an update, its basically a mixer tap that take you forever to get the right temperature, and then on a couple of occasions it went cold on us (i'm guessing because other people were using their showers). Also room had no safe and you could hear the other guests in the other rooms. Overall though we enjoyed the stay.

Very central. Literally 5-7 minutes to Piazza Maggiore. Lovely hosts who recommended places to eat- some which I have visited and were excellent. Slightly hard to find as no big sign! Be sure to read door numbers. The room I stayed in was adequate size for a single person. It can be slightly noisy at times as the walls are thin but it is as expected of an old style house. Breakfast also adequate. If you want a great central base with reasonable price, this is place for you!

A happy, warm and welcoming B&B
This is such a wonderful B&B. I would happily return on another trip to Bologna. The location was perfect - In the city centre, but placed back off a side street where it was quiet and relaxing. The staff could not have been more warm or accommodating. When I needed to find an adapter for my charger they looked for several to lend me until we found one that worked. A very cozy and safe space that worked well for me as a solo conference goer, but I also noticed several happy families during the stay as well.

This place is way expensive for what it is, we paid $100 euros for one night and I will suggest you pay a little more to stay on another hotel. The sheets had stains all over, I felt so uncomfortable sleeping in this place that I don’t even know how is even on business.

The amount you paid for Friday night in Bologna in high season is really cheap, and it wasn't 100€ (or dollars) but much less. If you had any complaining to do, you could have done it during your stay, so we could solve any problem. Really not nice to make bad reviews just afterwards (also on google you did it) without asking anything. We never have guests like you, and we hope to never have again.

A great place to stay. Martina made us feel at home right away. Well located, walking distance to most Bologna attractions. Martina recommended us a magnificent restaurant nearby (Ristorante Da Nello), a very special place to experience superb Bolognese dishes. All in all, a great experience.

Great place to stay in Bologna. It's central.
Staying at Cristina Rossi Bed and Breakfast was a wonderful experience. Our room was a good size for two. It was comfortable and spacious. We had breakfast in the main dinning room which was clearly part of the family home. This made it feel warm and welcoming. Our host, Monica was friendly, kind and very helpful. Five stars

The hotel was easy to find even though there isn’t a large entrance or reception. Monica was lovely and very helpful before and during our arrival and stay. The hotel is in a great location, really close to the main square and tourist attractions. The room was really big, and we were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and even had a jacuzzi bath! Overall a really pleasant experience for our short trip to Bologna.

Fríendly, comfortable, clean and central!
Very welcoming and friendly, we were travelling with our 8 months baby and they have us a room upgrade. The room was very big with fridge and kitchenette, very clean and nice comfortable bed. The location is right in the centre, they have limited private garage for guests’ cars at an extra €15 the day or they can provide a pass to be able to park on the street. Great to walk around to all the main places and restaurants.

I was studying in Bologna for the week so I enjoyed th e easy acccess to the school.The peace and quiet was an atttractive feature for me.It was very hot so I could retreat to the hotel in the heat of the afternoon.It is also air conditioned.They provide a bufffet breakfast which is useful.

Great location, perfect for walking around city. In quiet street so perfect for sleeping and no problem coming and going. Breakfast was good for us, there is cheese, cold meats, fruit and yogurt and we were always offered mores toast and coffee. All in all lovely stay.

Absolutely brilliant pace to stay! We loved Bologna and this B&B helped that experience. We had a most wonderful time at Christina Rossi B&B. Nicola was a welcoming, friendly and supportive host. The entire team at Christina Rossi was great. This little gem in right in the city center which made the trip that much better. When we go back to Bologna and we will stay at Christina Rossi.

Perfect stay in Bologna
This B&B is hidden down a quiet and unassuming street in the bustling heart of Bologna. With only a metal-lattice and glass door inset in a drab wall, the calm lobby and pretty stairwell are the start of a surprising and lovely bed & breakfast accommodation. The Hostess, Martina (daughter of Cristina), was very warm and helpful. We had a lovely, spacious family room with a good breakfast provided each day - cereal, breads, cold meats and cheese with pastries. The whole place was very clean and cool and peaceful. Perfectly located for quick and easy access to all major sites of interest and the bus and train stations are easy walking distance, too. We loved staying here, it definitely contributed positively to the overall experience of being in this interesting and lovely city. We highly recommend Bologna and Cristina Rossi Bed & Breakfast.

Family run clean B&B very central
The B&B is brilliantly located and very convenient. It is tucked away in a quiet street round the back of main piazza although it is quiet at night. It is a little old fashioned but very authentic and charming. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not the best. Overall I loved it and would stay again.

Overall a pleasant stay at Christina Rossi in the heart of Bologna. All the local attractions are within walking distance. There is a good breakfast put on every morning. Beds are quite hard and the air conditioner didn't work that well.

Nicola provided an excellent watermelon welcome. The room is small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was poor, and is eaten at a communal table - I skipped it on Days 2&3 of my stay. Better soap and shampoo needs to be provided. Location is superb. Overall, a good stay.

Perfect location
No frills, very comfortable, nice breakfast and friendly staff. So central and easy to walk in 2 to 5 mins to all main attractions but also on a lovely quiet back street. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Hidden Gem in Great Location.
Great B & B in a quiet side street not 5 mins from all the main attractions. We were met by Nicholi who showed us to our room, we had the en-suite room which was very large with ample room and a large bathroom with a Jaquzzi bath, was wonderful after a cold day of walking around the wonderful sights of Bologna. Breakfast very informal, all laid out in the lounge. Very limited but more than enough choice to start your day. The building the B & B is housed in is lovely, from outside it is just a glass/iron door leading into a hallway and the stairs leading to the 3 floors of accommodation. This is a wonderful place to stay, very helpful people running it,lots of info if required,great handy map too.

Great location! GREAT HOSTS!
The location is perfect! Right in the heart of downtown Bologna, walking distance to just about everything you would want to see and do. Historical sites, numerous restaurants and pubs, shopping. But it's off a quiet side street so the downtown noise never reaches you. The room was really nice and larger than we expected. Now for the hosts. Christina's son, Nicola, extended a level of service was above and beyond what we could ever have expected. Greeting us with a smile (every time!). He personally brought our luggage up to the third floor room. He showed us where to go and what to see. He recommended local (non-tourist) restaurants within walking distance and even made the reservations for us (his recommendations were excellent). Also, when we realized that we made a mistake with our reservation dates and needed to stay an extra night, he tried his hardest to accommodate us (checking with future guests if they were going to show up or cancel). When that didn't work out, he personally called the hotel oat our next stop and made sure that we could arrive there a day early. Nicola's sister (sorry, forgot her name) served us breakfast each morning and was so sweet. One thing to know is that there is no sign in front of the building announcing the B&B and the number 6 is not very noticeable. So look for the dark brown wooden door shaped like an arch with the dark brown 6 on the right side. On the left are door bells and there it says the name of the place. Would return!

Martina was wonderful and extremely helpful! She has a lovely spread for breakfast everyday and was always willing to help answer questions or translate anything for me! The room was smaller than I would have liked, and I would have preferred a top lock as well as a regular lock to my room. I felt safe, but wanted the extra security.

Got there very late and was greeted and shown to our room right away. The room was comfortable ,quiet and well furnished. We slept well and very spacious bath.

located in the city center of Bologna, you can reach anywhere within several minutes walk. breakfast is modest, including some toasted bread, ham, cheese, cake, and fruits. the wifi speed is sufficient. you will be required to pay 2 euro per night for city tax.

Best stay in Florence
We chose to add on the dinner with the room booking. It was the best decision we made all week. The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. The room was very roomy and the location was ideal for exploring Florence and only a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
