"Great place to stay in Nelly Bay spacious clean a comfortable bed plus a good shower loved the vaulted ceiling and close to bus stop to explore the island the staff were very friendly as well as added bonus of dozens of rock wallabies on the break water very entertaining"

"Great location on quiet street with lots of native wildlife to enjoy in back yard. Close to Sooning street which has rental e-bikes and cars, restaurants and great coffee. Low roof over bed and large step into bed with tight stair case not suitable for people with poor mobility/ elderly."

"Our stay was everything we had hoped for. A nice quirky house with excellent outside areas. A few minutes walk down to the sea front, a quite and relaxing area with a huge back garden for our three dogs to run around in. An excellent wood fired pizza stand at the bottom of the road (Thu, Fri and Sat) and easy access to the main road to start your adventures. The kitchen is pretty new with a brand new dishwasher. All the crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. Nice comfortable beds which made our stay even better. We highly recommend this house and we will return again in the future."

" A wonderful area. very secure for in the back. was quite away from the ferry so you'd possibly need a car. the driveway into the property was very dangerous. have reported that to the rental people. "

"A charming rarity, set in beautiful tropical gardens with glimpses of rock wallabies and bush stone curlews a plenty. The room was spacious, super clean and very comfortable. A large guest swimming pool was an extra bonus, too. Communication with the host was great. The accommodation was accessible by an easy walk during the day or a 2 minute trip on the local bus day or night, which runs on a regular timetable."

"Clean linen and chalet. Beautiful pool. Quiet area. We had the pool almost to ourselves most days. Staff were helpful. Lovely accommodation, everything we needed!My only complaint was the birds, they woke us up through the night, but no-one can do anything about nature, not would we want to. "

The surrounding gardens & pool were relaxing allowing all of us to decompress from the hectic city life. This location is very family friendly and a great location to explore the rest of Magnetic Island."
