"The staff were super kind and helpful. I don’t speak mandarin and I was having trouble paying the taxi driver. The concierge came to rescue! Also, I highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay, it was incredibly delicious with healthy options. Cleaning ladies also continuously restock up on the bathroom items."

"Staff were good if a bit clinical in general. But a very nice touch - a birthday cake was delivered to our room because they noticed we had a birthday in our group! (Likely due to guest registration details.) Room itself was superb - good fit-out, good condition, and faultless air-con and shower. Gym was the best I've seen in a hotel anywhere in the world! Good range of equipment, well-maintained. Only negative was the swimming pool - it wasn't in the best shape and could do with a freshen up."

"I spent one night at the courts before my departure from Beijing. I thought I was going to be staying at a high-end hotel. While the building itself is nice. The air-conditioning in my room did not work and it was incredibly hot. Some of the light switches did not function in the staff was mediocre. I tried to use the pool, but they require a pool cap they provide them for $10 USD overall my experience was lackluster. I will not be back."
