"The most amazing and scenic place I’ve ever stayed. Tent was gorgeous with stunning view with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The amenities on site were great, toilets and showers were so clean and kitchen facilities were great with so much outdoor seating. There is a pool table and darts board as well as board games. The hot tub was amazing also. Would highly recommend Glenayr farm for a couples get away or even for a group of friends who could stay in one of the 4 villas on site. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is in a very peaceful setting, with a nice lawn and outdoor area, and the house itself is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Kieran was responsive and easy to communicate with.We used the house as a base to explore the surrounding area and it worked perfectly for that. It was a quiet and relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. We would happily stay again."

"My room was a curious mix - mostly good, with just a little bad... not enough to spoil my stay. The bed was big, clean and reasonably comfy. There was everything you might need to feed yourself - fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, tea and coffee, washing-up liquid etc. It was nice to have a bath and shower and - as I was on the ground floor - my own parking spot. The small outdoor swimming pool was a bit cold but I dipped my toes in all the same! The pool had a couple of comfy loungers next to it. Each room had a little table and two chairs outside, which was a nice touch. The only downside to that is that large family groups would congregate and sit around outside someone's room, and chat until late - not great if, like me, you're the guy next door who isn't in the group and wants to get some sleep. The nights were on the cool side and the heating worked well. The worst thing for me was the bathroom, which had ceiling / wall mould in several places, cracked tiles and the enamel peeling off the bath. The bathroom was in serious need of renovations, while the rest of the room was fine. What I didn't know until I booked this stay is that Mudgee is ALWAYS busy with festivals / sporting events / weddings / misc other things, and rooms are (a) hard to find and (b) often expensive. Given that my room was only $140 per night in October, I can't bring myself to criticise it too much... it wasn't perfect but to be fair, it was really good value and I'd go back again."

"We booked this property for the heated pool and was disappointed to find that there was a birthday party being held at the pool and also swimming lessons the next morning. So more commutation around this would have been appreciated But other than that the rooms were lovely and staff as well *we also did have to ask out neighbor to turn his tv down… so rooms are not soundproof"
