Great location. Helpful staff. It was unfortunate that the air conditioning wasn’t working or fixed while we were there. Very nice to have free coffee and juice in the reception area.

Place was in the heart of Florence. Room was clean. Lift was small for large luggage. Don’t bring a car. Parking is a challenge to find.
