"Lovely hotel in a great location. It's located in the heart of Cologne with a nice square right outside the door which is great for food/drinks. Also, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Rooms were nice, although a little small. There was air-con for heating, although we weren't able to adjust the temperature, so the choices were air-con on or off! Would have been nice to be able to turn it down, as it was quite hot at night. Leaving the window open wasn't always as option as street...

Originally given a double room when a twin was booked, told by staff I hadn't booked a double (when I had), though it was dealt with it was made to feel like a massive inconvenience for the member or staff.
