The room was very spacious and clean, the staff was very polite and always smiling and greeting everyone. The room service was incredible and the 24/7 pizza was very good for late night hunger! I would definitely recommend staying there!

My hotel stay was excellent. The food at breakfast and at the bar restaurant was excellent. The only downside is that the hotel is on the north side of the river, where there are very few restaurants. However, if you are there for a conference at the convention center, it is a very convenient place to stay.

Hotel was perfect and for myself the location was ideal for my travel plans. Train station 5 mins walk away, trams and buses right outside hotel. I can't fault the hotel for anything and would recommend it.

Very good location, walkable distance to the city center and the fair grounds are just across the street. Hotel is very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. Pool is too small to swim but okay just to splash a little bit. Breakfast is too pricey. Parking is quite pricey too but okay for a big city. Overall very good experience. Would definitely come again.

Staff were friendly and evrything was very clean. Spa was an added bonus! We were at the front of the hotel so experienced a little bit of road noise but it didn't particularly impact on sleep.

A great stay!

A well located hotel to the trade centre with lovely staff and great comfortable rooms. The food- well all I can say is that I’ll be thinking about that goats cheese salad until I next stay there! It was amazing!
