"Pleasently surprised how nice this hotel is, really enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff that were nice enough to give us a complementry upgrade, room was clean and modern, beds nice and firm, great shower pressure, plenty of parking, close to transport, panthers and shops. Only downside I didn't realise how close it was to the train line, could hear them passing by at night which took a while to get used to before falling asleep. If I ever need to stay a night in Penrith again this is where i'll be staying."

"Only issue was the parking next morning bird poo all over the car. Was told by staff member not to park near the trees so parked away from the trees but got 5 bird droppings on the car handle was the worse one. Maybe could see a car wash in the Penrith area and give a voucher so can go through a car wash to get the bird droppings off in the morning after checking out."

"Overall this was a beautiful quaint experience. Place was niceand clean, bed was super comfy and though this is the type of area where bugs and spiders like to spawn, the owners do an good job keeping the living areas clear of them. Note that if you don't like external bathrooms though, this may not be for you. It can get a little scary, but otherwise it's a great place to stay!"
