"Property in general was very good. Some more utensils and a frying pan would be useful additions to the kitchen. Communication from the host was a bit lacking too, I didn't get the entry codes until 10 minutes before check in. It states 3 days on the app. I messaged them several times but received no reply back, so I had to call them on the day we were travelling up, as I was worried that we wouldn't be able to get into the property."

"The communications were great and access to the flat was easy with the instructions given. We were fortunate to be able to squeeze onto the last space on the pavement to park. Right on the promenade so not quiet at night but was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. A plug socket nearer the bedroom mirror for being able to see whilst you do your hair would be fab and bigger mugs for a full size cuppa in the morning. "Great hotel. Great staff. Great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice, hot and tasty. The pool area was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant. Food was good. Good atmosphere. Overall a great couple of days away."

"Considering the reputation that surrounds Norbreck Castle, I have to say I was genuinely impressed. I found the hotel to be fantastic and would definitely consider staying again. Our room was basic, but for what we paid, I honestly didn’t expect anything more. It was clean, we had fresh towels and all the usual tea, coffee and condiments provided, so we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was brilliant, with the tram stop literally right outside the hotel, making it really easy to get into Blackpool. Parking was also only £3 for 24 hours, which I thought was excellent value. We only stayed for one night and I certainly wasn’t expecting much in terms of entertainment, but the cabaret was absolutely fantastic! The four young adults who I believe were part of the entertainment team were amazing. Having been an entertainer myself in the past, I was genuinely blown away by their energy, talent and professionalism. They really made the evening and were a credit to the hotel. The bar prices were also much cheaper than in Blackpool itself, which was another pleasant surprise. Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay. Sometimes you have to experience somewhere for yourself rather than judge it by its reputation, and for us, Norbreck Castle was a really positive experience. I would definitely visit again!"

"We only stayed one night at this hotel. It was easy to find and close to the Winter Gardens where we were attending a concert. Lovely warm welcome from the staff. Nice bright reception area. Room was clean and quiet (we were on top floor). Breakfast was good. Parking was just across the road and discounted via the hotel."

"Have stayed a dozen times before always been really good. Was good this time, However in my opinion it is completely unacceptable to charge for pool towels (£2 per towel). This has never happened before. The receptionist was very embarrassed about it and apologised, they said that they wouldn’t pay and suggested using the bathroom towels and using the washer/dryer in the apartment instead of paying. Didn’t pay!"
