Family weekend

Family Bank holiday weekend accommodation was very clean and tidy plenty bedding and towels only thing that let the property was a very small damp patch in main bedroom Would we stay again the answer would be a big yes

Great apartment for what we needed it for and the fact its right by winter gardens and could park and see the car in the car park from the apartment was clean and tidy and we'll be using again when were next in Blackpool

The apartment was lovely, only thing it lacked was a tv in the bedroom. The aerial point was there but tv was on the lounge. We sat around in Blackpool waiting to be contacted by the manager with key codes to enter the property. This didn’t happen we had to ring them and see what was going on. Use this apartment as it’s lovely but ring them for codes don’t wait like it tells you to. It also says daily house keeping n this didn’t happen either

Lovely base to explore

Can’t fault the accommodation. Ample space and facilities. Free car parking is around 8 mins away, but nearby car park is £10 a day.

Ground floor flat - Disappointing with damp issue

Had to contact the property twice to get the entry codes sent. Then the wrong code was sent. We were given the wrong entry code. - Dirty broken blinds in living room. -Stained/dirty sofa/sofa bed -No storage in kids bedroom for clothes -Bulb needed replaced in kids bedroom -Funny smell in bathroom -No complementary toiletries provided as stated there would be (only half used toilet rolls) -No lamp in living room as pictured so at night the main ceiling light had to be on which isn’t a comfortable relaxing light to have on while watching tv and winding down after a full on busy day! -Stained carpets with burn marks -Stained/dirty skirting boards and doors

The place itself was very lovely and perfect for 2 people. Unfortunately parking is not available and I had to pay for parking. When booking be careful to read whether parking is free or not. I search free parking on site but there was none.

Centrally located and spacious.

Large and spacious apartment with plenty of amenities. Very central to all of the Blackpool resort within short walking distance to all attractions. Sainsburys 5 min walk. Parking near by for £5 per day (East-Topping Street). Clean beds and quality linens and towels (plenty provided). Super Wifi and tv. Quiet location with restful and comfortable sleep. Very secure. The large upright air-cooler/fan was a useful addition. Very clean overall. Few little (easy sorted) pointers for the management - The blinds in the rooms are in need of repair as we had to climb up on a chair to roll them up by hand to let light in during the day. Kids bunk bed need tightened as was bit wobbly. Lighting in bunk bed room was not working. Slight damp issue behind toilet in smaller bathroom that made air in the small space unpleasant. Super washing machine - but a clothes horse /airer was greatly missed. I would strongly recommend this apartment and would stay again.

It was exactly what we needed. The rooms were, modern, clean and warm. Everything you need in the kitchen was provided and was a fantastic location. For my mother it would have been good to know which floor the apartment was on as sh struggled with the stairs. The light bulbs needed checking but they were supplied quickly. The tea towel needed a wash and it would have been nice to have a proper bath mat. Other than that a wonderful stay.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location

Ideally located apartment 150m from the main shops. Just contacted the owner, Peter, on arrival and access was easy. Very clean apartment, bed was very comfortable, towels and bedding were spotless. Didn't use any of the cooking facilities (other than the toaster) but the cooker and microwave were once again, very clean and looked new. Go to Blackpool a few times a year and will definitely be booking these apartments again.

Our apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The living area was slightly small but the bedroom was a good size. The beds were really comfy so we had a good nights sleep. There was a car park close by and we paid a reasonable price for our 4 day stay but didn’t use the car as we were so close to everything. The owner was really helpful when we had any queries and we had a really nice stay in these apartments. We felt it was good value for money and would go back again.

The apartment is great. The whole place was clean and very comfortable for our stay. It was is in a brilliant location for attending an event at the Winter Gardens and is close to the centre of Blackpool for everything there.
