"Although the Imperial is not a modern hotel and I realise it must be very hard to keep these hotels up to standard for the modern customer the hotel are doing a fine job considering the people they have to deal with. As requested by Email I filled out the arrival form before I left home with my details thinking it would be a quick check in, The lady at the desk when we reached it took all are details exactly as I Emailed . My point is why ask to check in on line if they then ask for the same details at the hotel . maybe it would cut down the queues on check in if a area could be provided at busy check in time around three o'clock. I did use the express check out box on leaving."

"Great find for a good value stay in a central location ideal for sights, and also handy for transport network with nearby trams and station. Martin and Jorge were super helpful. Room was spacious and clean with everything you could need, including tea and coffee making facilities and plenty of fresh towels. Breakfast was excellent, cooked fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again when in Blackpool."
