"-Maintenence issues, shower door broken, headboard broken. Sheets didn't fit the bed. TV in wrong position. Shower at the wrong height. "Our stay was absolutely wonderful!. The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and everything well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Dylan the hotel manager, and Clinton..the night porter went above and beyond for us, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. And the beach view from our room was breathtaking-waking up to the sea and watching the sunset was the perfect touch to our trip. We’d definitely come back again!"

"Staff were very helpful and did all they could to make our stay pleasurable. The bar area was fine and the bar staff were helpful. The sea view area at the front was very nice and Comfortable. Whilst the room was decorated, the bed wasn’t comfortable, sofa bed was classified and double bed however it was horrific to sleep on. Breakfast’s price was reasonable, continental option was good but the full English was average ."

"I’m really disappointed with our stay at this hotel and feel it’s important to warn others. We arrived late in the evening and only managed to sleep a few hours before discovering multiple bed bugs in the room the next morning. Given we arrived so late, we didn’t notice them straight away, but finding several the next day was extremely upsetting and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was also in a very poor condition. There were visible skid marks in the toilet, the shower curtain was mouldy, and the sink was completely blocked so it didn’t drain properly. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. We all ended up with bites, which made the situation even more worrying. My daughter had her expensive cheer uniform with her, and after discovering everything we had to get it professionally cleaned straight away just to be sure we didn’t risk bringing anything home. Since returning, the whole family has been paranoid and anxious about whether anything may have come back with us."

"Stayed here for Whitsun Bank holiday weekend.Booked the place 10 months prior to arrival. Had half decent reviews at the time. Wish I had just driven over to Blackpool to check it out beforehand. We had been allocated 3 different rooms in the space of an hour! The first room was not disability friendly ( was up a lot of stairs and the lift on that side of the hotel was out of order!), even though on booking I had requested a room suitable for disabled. The 2nd room absolutely stunk and the TV did not work. The smell was blamed on Chinese guests cooking in their rooms but staff could not catch them doing any cooking. The 3rd room we had to accept as we were pushed for time and had to meet friends. This room was not really big enough for 2 people.the shower room was for very small people. You could hardly turn around in it! The bed linen or towels were not changed in the 4 nights we were there. The bin was overflowing and tea, coffee, milk and sugar was not restocked (we had to get them ourself from reception). The same with toilet roll, we had to ask for it. The duvet covers, although clean, were freyed at the seams. There was a wardrobe in the room but we were unable to use it as the doors only opened about 3 inches because the bed was in the way! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! In my opinion the hotel needs closing, all remedial work carried out, rooms need to be planned out better. A youth hostel is better planned out than this place!"
