The unit address was in the original email,not the apartment numberOn arriving at the apartment the keypad was jammed and could not be openedAfter a long time a neighbour was able to give us the owners phone number who came with another set of keys and confirmed...

"Easily the worst experience via Stayz.Listing indicates twin singles in one bedroom, but there was only one single bed so one of my children slept on the couch.No mention of being denied backyard access due to someone else living in a granny flat until I asked to collect the keys.Property was not professionally cleaned and the laundry sink and washing machine were full of laundry - presumably from the host."

"We loved our stay! Super close to QU (we were on a college tour) and shopping amenities nearby. This place is so special, its a traditional quaint Queenslander very tastefully decorated. 3 perfect bedrooms, renovated kitchen with everything you could need. Wonderful patio! Responsive host, easy access directions. Of our whole 3 week trip, this was by far our favorite place. Loved it! "
