"Staff spoke good English. Location is ok, though can be a trek to get to other locations. Subway station is minutes away. Plenty of convenience stores within minutes of each other. Room was tidy and clean. Beds were comfy. Decent air con as well. They have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Driver very friendly. "

"Great hotel, very close to the train station which helped a lot with getting around. Loved the multitude of family marts close by an McDonald’s within a 6 min walk. Bed was very comfortable. There was no individual room air control so we had to control the room temp by opening and closing the window. Coin washing worked well and I enjoyed the smell selection of snacks available by the washing machines as well. Absolutely will stay here again! "

"Good location but dingy just outside the front with a bunch of homeless people. lacking in amenities ( gym , spa , business center , dining options) most functions are self service which are missing the human touch in my opinion. Room was comfortable but Could be better "

"I booked to be near to the Tokyo Marathon starting line, it was just 5 minutes away. I like the location, nice staff, very clean, and good food for dinner. "

"Great location. Across from train station. So much to do at hotel. Only issue was we thought we had paid for breakfast. Ended up being over $50 a day fo two people. Recommend checking in advance "
