Dear Viktor, thank you for your review and your words. Instead of the economy rooms with shared bathroom we also have rooms with private shower/wc. Totally there are 10 bathrooms in the house for the guests that share the bathrooms and we have totally 20 rooms with shared bathrooms and 20 rooms with private bathroom. Maybe you try out one of them during your next visit? This would be a great pleasure for us. We don't have air conditioning but phans in case of warm weather. Dear guest, unfortunately, we could not meet your expectations. Out Hotel is a zero star Swisslodge with very good rewievs. But it's not possible to compare our house with a 3 or 4 star hotel. If you asked for the best way to reach the hotel there was no need to do all the stairs, there is an easy other way to get to the hotel. Air condition is not usual in Switzerland, except over 4* hotels. We try every day to do our best to make our guests feel comfortable and we would be happy if you could spot us right there to solve your problems and to find a good solution.
