Dealt with Abdel and Johnny amaizng staff members , high end service even gave us a guide on what to check out where to have a picnic by the tower and must try foods next trip to paris well be staying at the Madison as great room sizes and felt like an actual hotel not like the other places we stayed at first in paris

Great location of a quiet corner amidst St Germaine. Almost all staff were extremely helpful except a Night clerk was not so. In our first room the Japanese Toto toilet had no dryer, which is the point of these toilets- no hands. The sink stopper was broken and not repaired. Rooms were very expensive for the space. Rather stay in a large truly luxury hotel for a bit more.

I can’t recommend the hotel Madison enough. In a neighborhood with great shopping and food options as well as in between two important churches, it is tucked away from the main avenue. The staff were helpful and pleasant assisting with booking cars and restaurants to suggesting the best walking routes. Special touches and details such as evening treats, a water bottle filling station, art books and postcards, and even balloons for my birthday all led to a lovely weeklong visit. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at this hotel and will definitely be staying here again when we return to Paris! The front desk staff was AMAZING (specifically: Abel, Guillem, and Joseph). Going out of their way to handle logistics and late-night requests made a massive difference in our trip. The location is also walkable to about everything we want to do. The only thing is the rooms are small, but we anticipated that due to it being in the city and close to everything! Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal to cafe, shops and stores. Quaint hotel cozy and comfortable. A few improvements needed w room such as leak/ wet carpet, bathroom shower leaks out to bathroom floor. We had very comfortable bedding and every amenities needed was provided. Food was tasty and a variety of options for breakfast to choose from.

This is not a Travelodge! With all respects to them, for us it was an experience. If you book through an airline go for a room upgrade, you get a valet! Mini bar and snacks and an amazing choice of chocolates. Breakfast is great, mega choice. Go early to beat the rush.

This hotel was our favorite hotel on our trip. The room wasn’t huge, but it was well decorated and perfect for two. The queen bed was comfortable. The small balcony was my favorite place to sit and watch the sunset. The location on Saint Germain was amazing. Shopping, museums, food, Notre Dame, the Conceierge, Duex Maggots, Cafe de Flore, and much much more were all within safe/comfortable walking distance. The little bar is a nice place to relax with a cocktail. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but food was offered. The staff were lovely. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located in a lovely area! The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming! We did have trouble with clogged toilets…Americans are accustomed to more efficient systems. The elevators weren’t functioning for a couple of days, which made it difficult for our relatives, whose rooms were on the sixth floor. We were compensated with free breakfast. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
