"The staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful. The property needs some facelift and maintenance. There was mold in the shower stall, no AC in the floor hallway, and only one elavator. The location is centrally located which is a plus. Overall the hotel is just Okay."

"While we had an issue on check in (the room we booked for two people was deemed too small) the staff were very helpful in finding a solution to upgrade at a reduced rate to a more suitable room. The room itself was very spacious and clean with a comfy bed and great shower/bath wet room set up. The breakfast was small relative to some other hotels we had stayed in but still had more than enough choice and was of excellent quality. The location of the hotel is great too, only a few mins from Ben Tanh Market and easily access to the rest of District 1 (especially with very cheap Grab taxis)."

"The hotel is located at the end of a quiet street, and Ben Thanh market is five minutes walk. Many shops and restaurants are nearby on the main streets. The hotel staffs are wonderful, friendly and willing to help. The room is clean, except for the bathtub that drips water along the edge of the tub to the floor everytime we shower. The half shower door doesn't really served its purpose. We were told all the bathrooms are like that, so extra towels to line the edge and the floor is required. The pool is smaller than expected and can be crowded at time. Overall, it is a great place to stay in the heart of HCM city."
