Pros: location, friendly staff, clean, complimentary foot massage was excellent, decent breakfast Cons: only 1 elevator, the shower was weird and hard to opperate without spraying water everywhere, pool is smaller than it looks in the photographs, bed was hard, rooms are not very sound proof - was hearing "house keeping" knocks down the hallway before 9am.

The hotel is well situated to visit the key HCMC landmarks on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast has a good variety of cuisines. However it is the same every day. Even the fruit selection did not change. The room was very spacious (we did book the executive room). But we were located just below the swimming pool and pool bar and the noise carried. Overall we had a good time in the hotel (breakfast, sleep/shower). We spent a very short time by the pool as it was quite cramped and uncomfortable chairs (no cushions).

We enjoyed our stay here - the rooms were great, the staff were lovely & the breakfast was great with a good variety. It has a good rooftop pool & great views of the city. The only downside was how expensive the laundry was compared to all our other hotels - they charge by the item instead of by kg.

The location was great, room was good only thing that was disappointing was that the free coupons issued we inadvertently used the 23 on the 22 date and asked if they could replace them they said no. Both us and the bartender did not catch this error. Very inflexible in this regard

First the positives. The location of this hotel is great if you love to walk. It's less than 10 minutes from both Ben Thanh market and the walking street. Breakfast was great, with pho, steamed rice rolls, banh mi, beef stew, eggs to order, and fruit. The bed was comfortable, with different pillow options and the AC worked well. The gym was good, with some dumbbells and cardio machines. I had one very good massage at the spa, as well as an okay one. The two things that stop me from giving this hotel a 5 rating are: 1) strangely, the breakfast. It was great, however it was EXACTLY the same for the four days I was there. I prefer to eat Asian food for breakfast but by the last day I was having eggs as I needed some variety. 2) the pool. It was very small. It's not that I need to swim lengths. However after a day of wandering in 35C heat, it would be nice to have a cool dip. The pool was so small that it felt like a hot tub by the afternoon. Overall, a very good stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for stays of three days or less.
