"Expedia confirmed our booking. When we arrived the hotel was closed and when we called someone picked up and hung up on us. "Great hotel and friendly helpful staff. Got stuck in Ventimiglia and they sent a taxi right away without any issues. Breakfasts are great. Air conditioning was great. Only issue is they do not off laundry/dry cleaning service so you have to go to a public laundy machine place to do your laundry if you are in town for longer stays. Other than that everything was great."
