"We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, staff are so helpful and accommodating for anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food places in the grounds are also good food my only thing I’d say is I needed more than 2 teabags a day but again could get some from breakfast area. The facilities around the park are amazing especially the waterside as there is a speedboat, pedalos and bumper boats cost £10.90 for all 3. "This is one of the most dog friendly places we have stayed, the check in was quick and friendly, our dog received a welcome pack with instruction on how to behave and where to be, poo bags, treats and even a play ball.
The hotel is quite new, so it was fresh, clean and nice, breakfast was great too and very well located near a shopping centre with a big car park that you can use free of charge while staying at the hotel"

The shower cubicle could have had the shower glass a bit secure to avoid at of water spilling onto the floor when showering.
To have some soft and comfortable pillows.
House keeping to be done a bit more thorough,replacing towels and toiletries, dusting the furniture and cleaning the bathroom mirror.
