"Our stay at the Alona in Strathclyde park hotel was a great stay . We went with our 2 grandchildren and had a family room. We attended the m and d’s circus that night which I would also reccomend as it was a good fast moving fun show for children well worth the money so to stay in the Alona was perfect as it’s right next door . Our grandchildren had a great time and looked forward to the included buffet breakfast which was lovely All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming as was the m and d staff and circus people, So yes I can easily reccomend tha Alona hotel."

"I loved my room, two beds, double and a single. Good size. Nice big windows. Bar downstairs. Liam personalized my stay and was more than hospitable. Property is close by the town centre and very very close to the railway station and near bus stops into Hamilton and other surrounding towns. "

"We never actually stayed here. We had to book another place in the few days running up to our visit as it turned out that the location of this property had been wrongly advertised and the actual location was over 30 minute drive from where we were meant to be staying. We had already paid for this and the communication between the website and ourselves has been poor. We are still waiting for a full refund. I will not be using this website in the future and will go back to more trusted methods of booking holiday homes."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. Check in and out processes were easy. Host replied promptly to any inquiries. The apartment was spacious for 4 people and had everything we needed (although I would have loved a coffee machine). We were a quick walk to shops, train station, bus stops etc. We were also surprised by how quiet the apartment was, so peaceful). Loved our stay and would highly recommend. "
