Very comfortable and clean room, lovely breakfast. It’s not a hotel, it’s a house that gives services like a hotel (and possibly more). It might be a better solution for some and a matter for others. Overall it was great!

Tom and his Partner were extremely helpful and made our short trip to Glasgow extremely enjoyable! We felt welcomed and the entire building and rooms are super charming. Highly recommend booking your stay here and if possible planning your trip around availability here.

Tom and his partner were amazing. The breakfast was good and we loved our room. They even did our laundry. I would diffinatly stay here again. I loved the house.

the bed breakfast was good host was very helpful for telling us where to get some food also the breakfast at place was very good plenty of choice also even though host (tom ) was unwell he made us welcome too
