Every single member of staff, from reception to restaurant to lounge bar and pizza bar were so welcoming, polite and friendly. Couldn’t do enough but in just the right way. Food is incredibly delicious, wine list excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. ( They even let me play the piano until late in the lounge bar). Big Italian influence for obvious reasons and it really almost feels like you’re in Italy at times.

Ask for a quite room
The hotel was spotless, staff very good and helpful, and the restaurant really nice, we had a lovely meal in there, disappointingly the room, the room itself was excellent but very noisy, traffic/neighbours and hallway you could hear every footstep and every passing vehicle.
