"We had a great stay! The setting is amazing, right next to a peaceful creek, and deer even came right up to the door. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and it felt really comfortable and well-stocked. The owner was super responsive and answered our questions right away, which made things easy. Just a heads-up: the trail right outside is under construction right now due to hurricane Helene, but there are plenty of other great spots to walk and explore."

"The house was in a great, private location. The bathrooms and kitchen had nice finishes. We enjoyed the gazebo and seeing the deer up close. We also enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. The location was very peaceful. We enjoyed visiting Beech Mountain resort and Banner Elk. Overall the property was clean and organized. We had a small housekeeping issue initially but the host was extremely responsive and handled the situation well. Would have liked to have had hand towels and some additional wash clothes, otherwise we had a great stay. "
