"Great location and 17 minutes from Changi Airport by taxi. Convenient location that restaurants, convenient stores, gelato shops, massage shops and supermarket are within walking distance. Breakfast is provided with good variety of food. Cleaning staffs are efficient. Orange juice and cold drink vending machines located at the reception and near to the lift which were thoughtful. Comfortable bed. The shower room smells after having a hot shower which could be caused by the ventilation issues. Could hear people passing through the corridors all the time and insulation would need to be upgraded. "

They were attentive and happy to store my bags while I went out exploring the city, which made everything really smooth and stress free. "I can only speak for the dorm rooms but the mattresses, if you can call them that, are atrociously thin and you basically feel like you're sleeping on wood. I've stayed in many hostels and this is by far the worst sleep I've had in a hostel. Also, the plug outlet for my room wasn't working, and though the front desk was informed multiple times and they said they'd send someone up to fix it, they never did. They offered to have me change beds but moving all of my stuff was more of an inconvenience than what it.was worth. If the staff say they're going to do something than do it. "
