"The property is in a great location and is very clean but unfortunately not everything was wonderful"

"It was a surprise to have stayed in this wonderful hotel. Location is minutiae walk from city centre. We got upgraded to a loft suite with a king bed. Room is spotlessly clean and A/C is comfortable. Breakfast has lots of choice and the environment is classic. The long stairs to the bedroom maybe a challenge to seniors. Will stay again next time. "

"A very charming hotel with all of the right touches. The Palms Restaurant on the ground floor was fantastic. The location in the city of Victoria is very convenient to all of the sites. The welcome cookies were a nice touch. Highly recommend. "
