"1. Three hours in, the fuse tripped, and we had no electricity for the entire night. No heating when it was 25 F outside, no light, no ability to charge phones. No one answered our phone calls and email until noon the next day. They're lucky we didn't take legal action. 2. This is not a hotel. There is no reception to check in, you just enter pin numbers to the building and room. 3. Apartment was clean but the building was in disrepair. The stench of smoke was really bad. The stairs and entry are dirty and have objects thrown around."

"This hotel listing says it has a pool and is one of the reasons for our choice. There is no pool however! Room was clean and decor lovely. Beds were not comfortable and guessing mattresses should be replaced. Parking is terrible and they have the nerve to charge you for poor access. We were directed to entrance B as the closest to our room for loading/unloading . Actually entrance A was the closest. Only luggage carts available however are at front entrance where there is no parking. Terrible set up and NOT convenient for guests. At the very least luggage carts should be available at entrances that are closer to rooms than front of hotel. While the staff ( especially at check out) was very courteous and pleasant we will never return to this location."

"I was bullied, harassed and humiliated by front desk person person named Christian Easter Sunday because i dared to ask why there we no delicious donuts as there had been every previous stay 20+ times. He told me there are plenty of places j could walk for donuts. When I asked if they or he would bring them to my room he threatened to throw me out. There are witnesses to all of this - I am too upset to do anything "

"The breakfast was amazing and staff friendly. However this hotel is under construction and paint fumes in the halls. Thankfully not in the room. The dust from the construction was in the rooms. Vacuuming the carpet would’ve been a good idea. After construction I’m sure this hotel would merit 5 stars."

"Room was clean but very minimalist. Not much furniture. No refrigerator. Offered 24 hour coffee and tea. Daily free newspaper. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff."
